About ten years ago, I made a choice to pave the way to a new life. It wasn’t always easy, and there were times when I felt stuck. But through consistency, openness to learning, and embracing new experiences, I was able to break free from the survival mode I had been trapped in and step into a life I call “Creatively Living.”

As a child, I experienced trauma. I lived most of my young adult life in survival mode. The coping mechanisms that I had created controlled me. Even though these coping mechanisms served me when I needed them the most, they no longer served me. I wasn’t truly enjoying life. I was in constant pain, feeling unworthy, and simply hoping for change without taking action. Unfortunately, the change didn’t happen on its own.
